Customer responsibilities
Customers remain responsible for their own systems, credentials, telemetry permissions, incident decisions, and compliance obligations.
No guaranteed outcome
The service provides analysis and suggested findings. It does not guarantee incident prevention, uptime, security approval, or financial savings.
Intellectual property
The service, dashboards, models, documentation, and product materials remain our intellectual property. Customer telemetry remains subject to the customer agreement.
Payment and access
Commercial terms, seats, signal volume, retention, and support scope are confirmed in a separate order form.
Liability
Our liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant service, except where applicable law does not allow limitation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada.
